Is Savon Pavers Still Operating?
Savon Pavers continues to work with clients because we are considered by the state of California to be an essential business. We operate in the construction industry, which is an essential service.
How our Office Staff is Responding?
To do our part, we provide staff with training about COVID-19, like what it is, how it spreads, how to prevent spreading the virus if sick, and the disease’s symptoms so they know when to seek medical attention.
All of our communication with clients is done with a phone call, an email, or a video chat.
How our Design Consultants Are Responding?
When our design consultants or project managers meet with homeowners, they do not need to enter the home. So, they meet outside where the work will be done. They wear masks and maintain proper social distancing.
The design consultants send what we call “quarantine-safe estimates.” This means all estimates and proposed designs, if applicable, are sent via email. When documents need to be signed, we have software that enables clients to sign electronically. Any payments can also be made electronically.
The entire process is contactless.
How our Outdoor Crews Are Responding?
We create outdoor living environments, so our workers have no reason to be in your house. Because our crews work outside, they are not required to wear masks. They follow state guidelines by maintaining social distancing and using hand sanitizer.
While the crews are not required to wear masks outdoors, your health and safety are very important to us. If someone in your home is at-risk or if you prefer our crews to wear masks, please let us know so we can accommodate you.
